The Countdown Is On

With three days to go until we arrive at the starting line, Team Give Life has begun to ship out to San Diego. Lou left on Wednesday and says if we can manage to bring the San Diego weather with us for the whole trip we'll be in good shape.
We just confirmed with Olympic speed skading gold medalist Eric Heiden and his team—Team Donate Life—that we will ride with them in the 13 mile starting parade though Balboa Park. Team Donate Life is made up of thirteen doctors (including Heiden) and one transplant donor, and will be competing in the Corporate Challenge Division.
